We chose an immersive quest-style ceremony for the 50 finalists of the award. Participants were assigned to microgroups to improve cross-functional and inter-regional interaction.
The site was developed for the tasks of the event: several halls, the ability to move between them and communication in megachat. The broadcast was conducted simultaneously from six locations.
Values through gamification
We divided the nominees into micro-groups and addressed the client's values. In each room, the participants received one number for a combination lock on a case with a gift.
Online by the rules of offline
Pre-engagement, musical welcome and personalized welcome to guests entering the broadcast. Together with the client, we created the atmosphere of a traditional event.
