Conducting the event in rock festival format, where the main guest stars were the employees from every sphere of company business. Integration of the brand name into the name of the biggest Russian rock festival – “Invasion”.
Creating a huge art object in form of a brick wall.
The wall was ruined in the beginning of the event as a symbol of transition to a new era.
New management forms was represented trough the song video «Another Brick In The Wall», performed by employees` children.
Conducting the Award ceremony for top employees of central and regional subsidiaries.
The ceremony included party makers on bikes.
