Creating comfortable environment for the New Year celebration event, taking into account the specifics of the target audience consisting of bank employees: high intellectual level; low involvement into activities; communication of colleagues in a circle of divisions. \


We proposed to take the format of the popular late night show "Evening Urgant" as a basis for the idea of a corporate event. This format could serve the interests of different ages and social statuses of TA.
