Solution:

The Moscow meeting of counselors is an annual all-Russian forum that has been held since 2014. It is attended by counselors, graduates and students of the Central School of Moscow counselors, students of leading Russian universities, representatives of regional pedagogical teams, as well as teachers and experts in the field of organizing children's recreation. The idea of creating a large-scale and bright festival for children from different regions of Russia and the world formed the concept of the VIII meeting of counselors. We have decided to hold the event in a hybrid format. To become a full-fledged participant, it was enough to register and enter the online platform at the right time. This made it possible to involve the maximum number of participants.

On the first day of the festival, trainings, the Green Suitcase intellectual game, a meeting with a beatboxer and other activities were organized for counselors from all over the world.

On November 28, we organized a full-fledged offline festival of leader dances and the show project "Vozhatskaya high-rise building", as well as a solemn ceremony of awarding the best teams of MOSGORTUR following the results of the summer season. Security measures were provided for entering the event and social distance was taken into account. Each participant was required to present a QR code.

For the rest, we organized a live broadcast. In two days, 3.5 thousand unique users were registered on the online platform.

Those who were the most active in chatting, playing browser games and liking the photo gallery on the first day of the Gathering received gift boxes from the organizers.
