Creating and implementing the concept of a three-day outdoor event, whick would combine: a given direction (Sochi), a conference and subsequent rest.

SOLUTION

Concept “Success Formula” explained by the fact that Sochi is the capital of Formula 1 in Russia, and the company's success is what all the conferences are conducted for.

TOOLS

Branding combining corporate colors of FrieslandCampina and the corporate identity of the Russian Formula 1 stage;

Participants greeting by girls Grid-girls;

Site map in the form of a road;

The active usage of auto-racing terms that everyone understands, for example, pit-stop = lunch, 1st race - 1st day of the conference, etc.;

Flags for guests to share information and ask questions to the speaker;

Interactive ring races on slot-cars;

Attraction, where visual battles of technicians were held;

Obstacle course for radio-controlled jeeps;

Photo zone in the form of go-cart;

A talent race filled with creative performances prepared by participants and dedicated to their region.
